With reference to G G o no 342 of 28th May last, submits for orders copya despatch from the officer commdg. the 12th Native Infantry soliciting that the leave of absence granted to Lt. I H C Ewart of that regiment to visit Bombay preparatory to applying for furlough Europe on medical certificate may be extended to 24th May 1852 the date of his sailing for England.
