Extt. no. 811 of 27th ult. transmits copy lr. tto the Asst. pesidt. at hyderabad in charge of the Residency with the intimation that Govt. will permit brigr. twemlow commanding Arungabad Divsion Nizams Army after he has complied iwth the requesite formality to resign his Highness the Nizams service.
