With reference to a letter of the 23rd december last relative to the adjustment of 4 bills for table money on accoutn of certain subordinate medical officers and directign him to submit a revised scale of table money for other them European commsd. officers to be promulgated in Substitution of that laid down in a lr. of the 19th July. 1844.
