Lieutt. colonel Graham the principal commissary of ordnance and inspection of magazines recommended publish them to the same rates of pay as wore a short time sneviously authorized for the Ferozepore magazine rate of pay have sum drawn for the majority of the establishment at Philone and solicit sanction to the adomption or other wise of the same.
