Lr.No.8 of the 1st Instt. subsence that there in no public accommodations available either on the Mily.Board premisses or elsewhere for the office of comy.genl.& that it is may desirable and expedient that the office at the Dy.Comy.Genl. of the Lower Circle should be under the some roof.
