Genel. of the army containing the vcommander in chief recommendation that 2 of the Grang children of the late subadar Major sirdar sing 24th N I may be enrolled in that regiment as suptg. sepoys on the half pay of RS 3/8 a month each owing to the state of destitution to which the family of th3e subadar major has been reduced by his murder at his home in qude and the robbery of his property .
