In continuatin of thier ltr. no. 9313 of 19th March last, submti that Rule 1 of the G.A. of 26th oct. last, with the amendent made in G.A. of 28th MArch 1850 is not sufficiently clear to prevetn misapprobensionh as to the prexise scale of establishemtn laid down.
