Transmit for consideration copies of despatch from the Adjt. Genl. of the bomaby army, and of the audr. genl. reprot thereon, and states that that govt. consider that compensatio for loss of comand allowane under the genl. rules of the services is not admissibel in the case of Lt. Coll. Woodburn.
