Transmits, copies of correspondence with the adjutant General of the army,m together with the procedings of the bount of inquiry assent to investigate the claims of certanative officers and men of the correspondence of sappers and pioneers to the order of ment, and request, that the parties recommended by the bount may be admitted to the 2nd and 3rd classes of that order.
