With reference to a ltr. of the 3rd March last, relative to teh G.A. on the subject of Brigadie Comand Transmts copy of a reprot on the subject form the mily. audr. genl. submititng for publicaiton if apprived of draft of a G.A. modifying the rule in questin so as to make it confirm to the G.A.G.G. 11th Feb. 1847.
