Transmitting lr. no. 1027 of the dated 10th april 1849 from teh Secy. to govt. in the Mily. Dept. and the reply therto no. 93 dated 12th May 1849 also letter 94 of the same date to the Qr. Mr. genl.of teh Army intimating his lordships sancitn to an establishment Equal to that allowed in the Bengal Presidency for the Dy. assitt. qr. Mr. genl. at Mooltan .
