Enclosure from the reports of a special forwarding commander.-Towards extracts from the reports of a special invaliding commissioner openbled at Camp Goojerat on the 12th instant to examine into the state of certain Native Invalids of short service as per annexed list, who from wounds received in action are reported unfit for further service, before the Honable the President in council the claim of Uddheen Singh Havildar of the 36th regiment of Native Infantry , who has been transferred to the pension establishemtn and requests tht the soldiers of short service may be allowed the pensions assgined to them by the medical committee and that a wound pension of the 2nd degree in addition to the ordinary one, also be passed to the Havildar in consideration of the loss of his left leg in action.
