With reference to an extt. of the 1st April last transmtis for commn. to the Secy. at Bombay confirming the Sancitno given by that govt. to the retentino by the Offg. pay master Scinde Divn.of the Extras establishemtn at 150 rs. per Month which was allowed for 6 Month until such time as the bombay troops inteh Punjab are removed from his circle of Payment and theri Accounts closed.
