With refrence to letter of the 16th november last, sanctioning the discharge of Gunner F.I over assistant overseer in the D.P.W and authorizing the Town Major to provide him with a Charter Party Passage to England, state that the Gunner wishes to leave the mily service and the department of Public works, but is no desious of returning to England.
