With reference to Lr.in the Mily.Deptt. No.66 Dt.10th Ultimo forwards proceedings,of a special medical comee assembled to report upon the necessity or otherwise of cutter of down tress in the vicinity of the Barracks & Hospital at Kussowlee,In the opinions recorded the C. in C.concurs and observes, that it is the low brushwood, that does the mischief, this should be all cleared, away and the trees thinned otherwise it is his excy. opinion that Simla as well as Kussowlee, will in a few gears, become inhealthy.
