In reply to a lr. of the 2nd Instt. submit Draft of a G.O. announcing the sum of Pound 300 Per Annexces as the minimum amount to be disterted yearly to Serjt.of the Honble company, army at the 3rd Presiencies under the provisions of Para 1 of G.G.O. 20th July 1848.
