In reply to his lr of the 29th ultimo.With reference to govt letter of the 13th jany 11th feby 9th march and 6th oct 1848 report that he has despatched to the asst adjtt genl office the last batch of the sutteje medals and that the tolat number of medals ussured carrespondedc preicsely with that indicabed in a letter of the 21st oct 1848
