With reference his despatch no. 10 of 6 jan. ex 9 regarding tthe case of 2 lieut. nicolls of engist forwards fro information copy of report no. 70 of the 22nd ult. by the medical bard and requests that the further investigation considenced necsary by the Board be entered upon for which purpose copies lof the report of asst. surgeon Bease of theh 54th N.I. dated the 15th march 1846.
