Intimating that in Consideration of the mertorwas service of her Husband the late Lt. William Widow Warde of the 56 Regt. Native Infantry, who was Killed in action at Chillianiwalla , on the 13th Jan. 1849 the H>P in Coucil is pleased to admit her and her child to the benefits of the Regulations published in G.O no 37 D/24 Jan.1845.
