Coll Byrn C.B. ordered to Weezeerabad & Lodra, Stating that with reference to the Strengh of the Farce, Govt. is Inclined to regard the Designation of Detachment Quarter Master as Substituted for that of Bridage Qr.Mr. with reference to the Constitution of the Force which was not a Reguler Briadage and is of opionion that in the Letter capacity Lt. Smyth is entilled to a Staff & office allow ance to Rs 187 O.P. Returned.
