Stating that for the future every Member of the Military Board will, in his Minutes strictly confine himself to the question before him, carefully avoiding all person alities and offensive remarks with reference to the discourtions & improper tone and style of the Minutes recoreded by Lieutt. Coll. Hawkins on teh remark made by Lieutt. Colonel Mactier in his Minute dated the 21st August.
