With refrence to letter , no 210 of the 27th March,and no 152 of the 17th Jan. last expresses the Commander in Cheifs sentiments on the estension of the provisions of station 42 of Regulations 7 of 1832 of the madras Code , to the now military Classes as well s to all suits , instead of being Confirnation to those only which exeed in 400 Rupees OP returned.
