With refrence to letter from the mily Department dated 26th november and 3nd Dec last, transmits, for consideration a letter from the secy to the Coucil of Euducation recommending that 4of the student apprention found incompetent to pursue the study of medicine be remanded to the army that , with refrence the case of mr davis married students ought nothing any circumstances, to be sent to the medical college that the places of the 4 students may be filled by other , should any eligible member of the suboard medical Department be within reach to admit of their joining without dely that the appentices be supplied with fext Books , that provision be made fortheir Equinpoment and that the secy to the College be permitted to draw their Pay and allowances in advances and solicits order on the porpostion submitted in certain Paras of D mouats Letters.
