with refer. to despatch of the 20th Aug. 1850 forwarding extract of a Mily. letter from the Ct of Drs to the Govt. of Bengal No 34 Dl 2d April 1851 and requesting that the Returned May be prepared for transmission with as letter delay aspossible.
