In compliance with the boards recommendation, conveying sancion to the bill submitted with letter no 2446 of 17th lat to the amount of Rs. 271/4/3 onoy, for constructing a brick floor and drain all round the comittee store room at Tavoy and the remaining sum of Rs. 278n Goot. as an act of grace unde the circumstances stated wither relieves captain welshlate executive officer Touasserin provices from liabilty and permitteing hm to submit a bill for the amount to be written off to profit and loss and observing that very officer appointed over temporarily to the D P W should be required to render him self speedily and perfectly acquainted with the rules of the Deparmtment.
