With referenc to a leter of the 8th Ultimo relaitve to a Saving bank deposit of Pvt. Lewis transferred from H M's 88th to the 29th foot annexes copy of one from teh pay master queen's troos reqeusting to Know from what date inteerst is to be allowed on the above deposit.
