In reply to his letter of the 14th Jany last, submitting copies of articles form admiralty instructions, and of a letter from the account General of the Navy, regarding the rules that are to bge observed in future supplying stores to Her majestry ships from the Company's magazine Comm'n on the subject have been made to the proper Departments.
