Transmitting with reference to that despatch of the 19th Feby last annexted extract para 29 of a mily letter from the HOnable the Court of Drs. to the Govr. of the Presy. of Fort William in Bengal no 113 dated 13th Oct. 1850 intimating that the amt. received for the passage money of Gunr. of T L Ocacn to England has been refunded.
