Intimating in reply to letter no. 644 dated 20th Instt. that the claim of Bt. Coll P Grant 59th Native infy. to the permanetn continuance of the Wound pension now enjoyed by that officer is admitted with reference ot the recorded opinion fully concurred in by the Medical board at this Presy.
