With reference to an extract of the 8th ultimo returns the despatch from the secy at Bombay together with the Tabular Statement, recommending that the salary of the under Maistry armurer of the Arsenal at Belgaum may be raised from 14 to 20 Rs. per month , and requests that the sanction of the Supt.Govt. to the increase proposed may be communicated to the Govt. of Bombay.
