Conveying the decision for reasons stated within, that the Commissariat Officers at Meerut, and Kalka, shall be held responsible for the loss sustained by the condemnation of 650 tbs. at the primer and 960 tbs of Barley at the latter station,k and requesting that the Board will take the necessary steps for carrying out this decision of Govt. will as that it may be communicated to Departmental Officers, in order that they may be made aware of the intentions of Govt. to held them responsible for any loss, that may occur through neglect of the prescribed rules.
