Requsting him tht in G.A. dated 14th Feb. 1851 Naib ressaldar sonawar Kahan of the 14th Regt. Irre. Cavy. has been adjt. to the 3 clas of the order of Merit, and a star with the precribed certificate is herwith forwarded for ther Rassuldar.
