With refrence to a letter of the 28th Ultimo, reports that the advance of Cost Rupees 19,072-12-6 authorized for constructing a Hospital with a Cook room and servants House at julla pahar in Darjecling in a Commn of the 12th nov'r last, to be placed at the disposal of the disposal of the officiating Exeuctive officer at Darjeeling was made payable to that officer by a letter of credtit of the 27th Idem to the Reve branch of the office accounts, and an assignment would have been issued in course had the officiating Executive officer.
