With reference to his despatch no. 1582 of the 16th Inst. intimating that the forms applicaed for in the lr. of the 18th jan. last from the adjt. Genl. madras army to the asst. adjt. Genl. at the presy have been for some time under proparation materials having been in course of colliction since lr. no. 272 of the 14th march last.
