Approving of Mr. Sub Condr. Crawford now serving in the Cuttack Dn. being appointed as an asst. to the ex. Engineer Midnapore & Culmejole Directors & to his being stationed wherenever his services are most urgently required & sanctioning his alary being raised from Rs.96-1-4 which he is now getting to Rs.112 from the date of enterting on his new duties.
