With referenc to G.G.O. 27th Decr.1850 submits application of the Asst. Surgeon F.G.Mouat, MD.. & F.R.C.S. of the Medical Deptt. on civil employ that the unexpired portion of the leave of absence granted to him may be cancelled from 17th Instt.
