O.G.G. dated 15th march 1851 fiaing the strength of spirits issued to euripean troops at 24th per cent under proff transmits for onsideration and orders copy lr. from the commissary Genl. at madras stating the the strenght of the spirits issed to the Euopean soldiers under that presidency has been hitherto 25 per cent under london.
