With reference to a ltr. of the 4th April last, offers observation relative to teh heavy expenses incurred in the repairs made to the camp euqipage of H.M. 29th REgt. by the commsit. oficer at Wazeerabad, as reproted opn in their ltr. in the comisioenr brach no ,2731 of the 6th Jan. 1851.
