With reference to a letter of the 14th November 1850 submit plan and for sacntion 2 Estimates amounting respectively to Co rs 2992 and rs 2767 for constructing a Binglow with out officers for the accomd of a Subattern officers at the Cowalesent Depot Darjeeling .
