Forwards Triplicate of certificate granted to the town Major for Company's Rs. 2382, being the amount of anexpended Pay and bonafide Savings for a period not exceeding One year for which certain Invalids etc. of the East India Company's service, proceeding to Europe in the ship Elizabeth are entitled to receive from the Honble Court an equivalent sum in Sterling Money.
