With reference to a letter of th 15th may last submits at lt. cdoll. mactiers request the remarks of their colleague on lt. coll. sages repor of captain spens obsence from his division in Nov. and dec. last on which subject the views of the majority of the board have already ben fully laid before Govt. in the 16th paras of their letter no. 11019 of the 29th april last.
