Intimating that the court of director in para 5 of their mily. letter to Bengal No. 68 dated dthe 18th June 1851. have authorized payment to mr. Baylee of the Deccan prize money due to the late Lieutt. Baylee of the 87th foot viz 17 13 2 the amount having been paid to the court by the commsissiners of chelsea hospital.
