Ordered that the original Enclosures of communication No 1828 of the 7th September last be returned to the foreign Department with a copy of G.O.C.C dated 20th ultimo publishing the result of the court martial on Jemadar Phyoo Khan and sepoys Issra Sing and Goordass of the 2nd or Hill Regiment of Seikh local Infantry.
