With advertance to recent correspondence transmtis documents having refre. to the recover of the color of H.Ms. 62nd Regt. which are reported to be in such a delapdate state as to be entirely useless, with recomm. that the amount passed by Govt. as compaensation may be paid over to the credit of the Colonel of the 62th REgt.
