Major culen stating the grounds on which he has removed all his children from teh Lower orphan school requestign the vicar to admit them to the catholic orphanage observing that they are entitled as soldiers children to 3 Rs. each per month and trusting that govt. wil continue to them this small dispence despense in this case with ordenary rule on a representation of the circumstances of his case.
