Transmits for information and for subsequent record in this officer paperss & correspondece relative to the fort of Kythul whihc have been recd. & from teh Adjtt. Genl. of the army, & suggets the expediency of the plan being sent to the chief Engrs. office, where a copy may be taken the original being subsequently returned to this deptt.
