Transmtis the proceedings of the committee & other papers connected with the estate of the late Captain F.Thomas 73rd N.I. together with a draft for rs.656.13.8 which with the 2000 Rs. already remitted to this deptt. completed the sum realized on account of the estate & states that he has reserved certain articles for the purpose of being ent to the deceased family in England.
