With refertence to a lr. of the 10th Instt, states tht the gover. genl. does not object to permission being granted to Lieut.Nelson, to proceed to Bombay to settle his accounts , nor to the 2nd Warrants officers, condr. Smith & Sub Conductor Harvey being directed to proceed to that Presy for a like purposes.
