Copy letter from the Secy to the Govt, of Bengal -directed by the Right Honable the Governor of Bengal to Trnasmit for the purpose of being laid before the Govt.of India . the accompaying printed half of yearly report of casued treted in the Mesmerie Hospital from june to December 1847.the date of it being closed.
