Transmitting copies of the despatch fro the Adjutt Genl of the army the former comprising the proceedings of a committee on certain stud remounts allowted to the 7th Light Cavalary and the latter containing an Abstract of the opinion of officers on the qualities of the stud remounts recently assignment corps.
